Biography
Axolotl is mate to Donadar, the matriarch of the clan. While Donadar is quiet and somewhat imposing, Axolotl is a warm, friendly fellow. He is very playful with the hatchlings and is the one the hatchlings will go to for comfort, with Donadar being the more watchful one. However, if ever there is danger, both Donadar and Axolotl will fight to protect the young ones.
Much of Axolotl's past is a mystery. When people ask him about it, he becomes nervous and changes the subject. Pressed for details, he claims to have forgotten most of them, though he seems to know a good deal about the outside world. Despite that, he usually prefers to stay at home, not going on adventures or getting into dangerous situations. It is usually his mate who goes off to find dragons in need, while Axolotl stays at home taking care of the hatchlings.
He has a couple of strange phobias, like bags full of mouse hair.
