There are always good days and bad days in a profession like the one Perseus possesses. In order to maintain the good days, you have to be diligent and keep your guard up at all times. Luckily, Perseus is good at both.

After the area around the city developed a bit of an Emperor problem, Giles sought out a dragon with incredible magical prowess. While no one is sure exactly how Perseus got the position, no one can deny that he's the right man for the job. While his no-nonsense demeanor provides no room for error, Perseus is far from strict when it comes to anything not undead.

In spite of being a pacifist, Perseus isn't afraid to get his hands dirty if any creature decides to try anything funny. While he could really use some help in his line of work, he firmly believes that he was the one hired, and thus he should be the sole man to do the work, given the fact that it would be incredibly dangerous for anyone else. He'd never be able to forgive himself if anyone got hurt on his watch. Safety is his number one priority.
