Biography

Sixta is the daughter of Quinta, the daughter of Quarta, the daughter of Dmitriyevna, the daughter of Zazi, the daughter of Kwen; her father, Canthuion, is the son of Mamaqtuq, the son of Mauve, the son of Zedan, the son of Elijah. All thirty-two of her great-great-great-grandparents are first-generation dragons; in other words she is a 'pure' sixth-gen dragon. Her name is Latin for "sixth", in honor of her mother, whose name is Latin for "fifth"; it also honors her mother's mother, her grandmother's father, and her great-grandfather's mother, all of whom have Latin ordinals for names. Like her clutchmate Enchui, she has a green underbelly, but unlike him, her primary color is green-hued as well, if green-hued black, while his is purple. Like their other clutchmate Sesa, her primary pattern is speckly, but unlike Sesa's, Sixta's wing patterning is also speckly rather than displaying large spots. All three of them have some genes from their mother and some from their father, but Sixta is the only one who plans to stay with the Solar Solar. She also is the only one from that nest to have all three of her colors be New Colors - or Blessed Colors, as Sockknitter calls them. Despite her parents' disapproval, Sixta spends a lot of time with Sockknitter and his disciples. That none of the three children of Quinta, great-great-great-grandchildren of the Founders, seem emotionally drawn to the Founders' faction is a surprise - even to the three hatchlings themselves, since they could immediately tell from the gestalt mind what the rest of the clan had been expecting. |

| She loves fancy clothing, magical decorations, and composing poems in Sockknitter's honor with David Ryder. Despite not feeling loyalty to the Founders' faction, she does contribute to the clan - she nurtures its fruit trees and helps prepare fig wine for Geo to sell. |
| It shouldn't be a surprise that when mysterious vials of eye drops with mysterious magical effects began to show up in the forests near the Solar Solar, Sixta kept one for herself and used it on her own eyes. The first drop turned them brown; the second drop returned them to golden, but not exactly the same golden as her parents' or great-great-great-grandparents' eyes. |
