Tavin

Tavin Royal Blood Friendly | Imaginative | Absent-minded Tavin was a cute kid from the very start. Seemingly always with his head in the clouds. He was always a friendly little kid who just wanted to please everybody, often leading him to get a bit roughed up in the rough 'n tumble games his brother, Ken, would concoct. But if he needed it, he always had a sanctuary with his parents. Tavin was always a little naive with a very 'why can't we all just get along' attitude. He wandered off a lot as a kid as well, not on purpose but more likely because something caught his eye and he lost track of the rest of his family. He gave his parents more than one heart attack to be sure! Out of all of his nestmates he's the most 'arty' and Tavin really admires his father and eldest brother's skills and plans to follow in their footsteps.

Mother Tavin has always adored his mother, even if he can't make heads or tails out of most of the stuff she talks about. He was not meant to be a diplomat, that much is certain! Still, he likes to fall asleep to the sound of her voice, even if he's not really listening to the words. He does have a tendency to scribble on important documents though. Father Tavin is constantly astounded by what his father can do and make. His father is an awkward fae who always says the wrong thing, but his sculptures are incredible and Tavin can just watch his father make something out of nothing all day every day. Brother Similarly to their father, Tavin adores watching his oldest brother work as well. Rezon is always very patient and tolerant of Tavin, even letting him try his hand at designing his own childish things, some of which Rezon even made reality. Tav is just in awe, really. Sister Tavin loves Sadiah as well, even if he doesn't idolize her as much as Ken does. Still, he's always up for little play battles, and he'd really do anything for her. It's very dangerous because Sadiah is well aware of her power of authority over the kids and abuses it frequently, often to hilarious ends.

History when Arriving at Emerald Cove

When Tavin came to the Emerald Cove he noticed that he was one of the few Fae Dragons within the mix despite the Cove Mother being one of the small scaled beasts. He flitted about and then stumbled across a small lonely nest of a pearl catcher female with pretty poisonous purple scales that shimmered. Her nest small and sweet, meant to attract a male to her for love. Tavin began to court her. Bringing her gifts soon they joined the nest and had a small clutch of two eggs, but then tragedy struck. His larger mate was called to serve the TideLord and he watched her and his two small hatchlings go. He cried his song to them and now waits in the small abandoned nest.

Soon though he welcomed the quiet and began to work on what his father was so famous for. He worked hard and one day while diving for supplies in the emerald cove tide pools he stumbled upon a beautiful fae female named Ashera. At first he was a little startled by her more assertive personality but for some reason he liked the little fae and offered her his nest for her to rest and recover. Soon the Matron of Emerald Cove noticed them and took them both in and named Ashera her heir. Deciding that he was not one to lead or even be much help he supported her emotionally and within the home they where now apart of. Soon he began courting her with small sculptures and pretty baubles he dove for. It took him a long time but now she has accepted him as her mate and though they rarely coupled, they worked well together.

Not long after joining he accepted the task of looking over interactions with other clans, hiring diplomats, spies, and archivests.
