She's not really a princess, but she looks like one, and it delights some of the hatchlings to think that she is. Maedini was born into this clan, and while her parents have moved on, she has stayed, because it's her home, and her mate is here.

As treasurer, and with her mate being a skilled jeweler, she's decked out in beautiful examples of the clan's moderate wealth. Faceted gems and delicate silk ribbon adorn her shining fur and wings, and her mild gembond affliction merely adds to the effect. Chreah crafted most of the finery she wears, and she wears it proudly. Despite this focus on her appearance, she is a more than capable treasurer, keeping detailed records of currency transit through the clan, as well as intake of trade goods and food from outside the clan.

Her position has her in constant contact with both Hizli and Scarus, so her records can be as current as possible. Obviously every day can't be filled with record-keeping, and she has a good amount of idle time that she spends socializing, or snoozing in a patch of sun somewhere.
