Tyrix

For such a little fellow, Tyrix is pretty aggressive. He's definitely not someone you'd want to cross. That's not to say he's out looking for trouble. He's actually a pretty chill fellow, despite the fact that he's very outspoken and loud. He has a big personality and is a fun guy to be around. Even if he disagrees with you, he's usually pretty mellow about it. But if you do try to pick a fight with him or threaten one of his friends, you better hope you're prepared for an intense fight. He may be small, but he's got some skills, and he doesn't back down easily. He's a rough and tough, rugged guy.
For a short time, Tyrix courted Terra, the Clan Teacher. Although she was much older than him, the two got along quite well--perhaps because they both enjoyed long conversations. There was nothing really wrong with the Arcane Fae, but after a while Tyrix found himself losing romantic interest in her. She admitted that she struggled with romantic attraction and also didn't feel anything between them. He wasn't hurt by this, but instead was thankful for her honesty and for their clear communication. They are now quite close friends that still enjoy long, political conversations especially.
But then something unexpected happened. On a day he meant to go out and meet new friends, he befriended a newer dragon of the clan that inevitably became his true mate: Eleai. A tapestrier, and a very warm and calm personality, this Light Mirror really interested him. He truly enjoyed her company and their conversations and she didn't hide her mutual enjoyment at being around him. After some weeks, he finally proposed to her and she accepted without hesitation. He loved her and he loved how calm she could be despite how heated things could become around her. She wasn't easily offended--which was necessary to be his friend--and she made everyone around her feel welcome. And her designs were magnificent! She never seemed to judge him or try to tame him and he really appreciated that.
As far as friends go, he made a very strong platonic bond with Jhaspire. Although the Light Skydancer is usually rather stoic or stern, he relaxes and loosens up around Tyrix. The two love hanging out and bantering. They have a very strong bond that although both are very tough and able to protect themselves, they still wouldn't hesitate to defend the other. So as a team, they're basically unstoppable. Jhaspire often accompanies Tyrix to his hangouts among other dragons. It used to be for Jhaspire's sake--because Tyrix would force him to meet new dragons and socialize--but later Jhaspire volunteered to go along to make sure his friend would have support. Tyrix often gets into heated arguments and Jhaspire wanted to be sure he didn't get himself into anything dangerous.
