Main Theme: Speed of Sound - Coldplay

______ Clan AXQU has been through six astronomers. Whether they crash of their own clumsiness, get fried by the lightning storms, or get killed by the resident Emperor, they just don't seem to last too long. Xanthus knew this coming in, and he doesn't give two shakes of a fox rat's tail. Clan AXQU is doing some of the coolest research he's ever seen, and Xanthus knows he'd be a fool to miss out.

To talk to him normally, you would have no idea he's got such a steady hand and a meticulous note taking style. Excitable and twitchy, with a slight excited quaver to his voice, Xanthus is always either in his tower researching or underfoot with a giant pile of papers and equipment that's really too big for him. Get him talking about space, though, and Xanthus will never shut up. He and Gaius geek out over space rocks together all the time.
