Knockgrafton's greed would be the end of her. Radical was the one to notice. She had already had her suspicions, the coin purse she turned in at the end of the day from her dragon sales had seemed just too light to be accurate. This had been going on for weeks, but she just didn't have the proof to catch her. Knockgrafton had only taken a bit from the top, just enough to go unnoticed, but Radical's shrewd eye could tell.

This was the day she caught her. She had seen the other mirror stealthily tuck something away in her pocket when she thought that no one could see her. Radical charged toward her and violently slammed her to the ground. She wrestled the cloak from the struggling dragon and tore at the pockets. Two pieces of worn treasure clinked pathetically against each other as they fell on the rocks below. Enraged at her treachery, Radical lunged for her neck in an attempt to kill her then and there. Before she could, Charge, the lead of The Swarm, had approached the scene.

"NO!" She screeched. She knew. She had seen the change fall from her pockets just as Radical had. "You don't like being alone, do you Knockgrafton? You've always needed a pack. The Swarm is where you feel you belong, isn't it? Yes, I'd say you're even afraid of isolation." A sadistic grin played on Radical's lips, she knew where Charge was going with this.

"Exile." Giving her command, Charge left Knockgrafton kicking and screaming as Radical began to drag her to the exalting grounds. Blood trickled down the scruff of her neck from where the larger mirror's teeth pierced her skin. Her protesting wails could be heard throughout the Glass Shatter territory. She should have known better. No one betrays the Glass Shatter and gets away with it.
