The Changeling

Well, that's interesting.

Illichaak is considering walking off into the forest to live wild for awhile, in hopes of sorting out his head without burdening anyone else. The clan-leaders are willing, but require that he reach a suitable battlerank first.

A shooting star...

Illichaak remains largely unaffected by the Arcane warp, though he has a bit of a strange jittering sensation in his bones. He has been working to keep Cindercone's streets clear and doing other things that afflicted dragons and those tending to them cannot.

Illichaak is extremely relieved at the coming of Greenskeeper Gathering. He's no longer so certain he can afford to live wild—if he were hit by such a crisis, alone, he might not have survived.

Illichaak is not an ambitious dragon. He goes with the flow, whether the clan is in Fire, Lightning, or the Plague/Shadow border, and has little in the way of designs to improve himself or change the direction of the clan. He is no craftsman, no mercenary or thief, and prefers the structure of clanhome to the wilderness. Occasionally he longs for their days in Derecho Canyon, when he could complete short term projects as they were delivered to him, with clear directions—but he knows better than to voice the idea aloud.

With no real designs of his own, Illichaak focuses on doing refinement of the raw materials others bring in, bridging the gap between forager and craftsdrake. On any given day he might be sorting scrap metal, milling wood, or cleaning plants, fish, and game brought in by the woodsdrakes. He occasionally helps out on the territorial patrol when many of the usual guard are absent or incapacitated.

Friendly and upfront, most of the clan like Illichaak well enough, though he lacks the common interest with most of the clan to have close friends. He has an unlikely champion in Hyskerekk, who is convinced he will be a mighty fighter if he applies himself.

Craft
Illichaak's crafts are practical. He twists rope and weaves baskets and the occasional decorative tassel. Elkrekeodh has been encouraging him, rather aggressively, to take up more, but so far Illichaak has found no more direction when encouraged than when left alone.

Physical description
Illichaak is small, but massively built. Even with his broad frame, he is unnaturally heavy, and some suspect that tungsten armor lies beneath his fur. He wears his long mane braided, and keeps his coarse fur well-groomed. His movements seem suited to a creature much larger than him, and despite a good-sized set of wings, he has never managed to fly.

Combat
Illichaak is decent at fighting, though he lacks the thirst for it that many in the clan have. He is relatively slow, but powerful and enduring. Currently, he has no set team.

Origin
Illichaak's origins are uncertain. His egg was found frozen to the icy power core of a Frost Delver, but no one has any clear idea who put him there or why.

Kin
Illichaak's kin are unknown, though his has informally adopted the other tundras in the clan. Hyskerekk has posited that he may have wildclaws in his immediate family, though she hasn't given any good reason why.

Familiar

The crocodilian is the size of a guardian and extremely stubborn, but affectionate with Illichaak.

First dragon with his colors on the site and the only one active. Third dragon ever with his primary and secondary.
