A tiny dragon with a frail heart. Bubby is what some would call a mama's boy. Having been found as an abandoned egg, Bubby was protected-- and subsequently raised-- by Pastella. The little hatchling quickly became accustomed to her protection, always clinging by her side and hiding in her shadow. However, this upbringing only created a fae who was incapable of taking care of himself. Bubby is so afraid of the world around him that he continues to cling to his surrogate mother even in adolescence. Ironically, despite carrying plague magic in his veins, he is terrified even of germs.

Because Bubby is so easily frightened and pushed around, other dragons are inclined to pick on him; (though it is not a wise endeavor due to his mother's fierce nature). As a result, Bubby is afraid of interacting with others, and has no friends.

Though Pastella tolerates Bubby's constant presence, she can't help but worry for his future now. Encouraging her child to go out into the world and make friends, hunt for food, and become accustomed to the Wasteland is a never-ending chore for her. At the end of the day, she only wants for Bubby to be happy.
