Biography

Luna is very mature, despite her young age. Even from a hatchling, Luna was a Guardian with a lot of perseverance and a strong will, doing almost anything to follow through everything she's decided, though at times her determination has been called stubbornness from some of the other older Dragons. Despite this, she takes great pride in the fact that she will never give up, and the other Clan members all reluctantly agree it is a very strong point about her.
Though she's reluctant to admit it even to herself, Luna strives to prove herself to her fellow clanmates. As she's the one they expect will become the next Leader of the Clan after Galiwyth, she decided upon herself that she would prove she could make a good leader. Because of this, shehas very high standards, feeling responsible if even the smallest thing happened under her task, despite the reassurances she gets from her clansmates who all see how hard she works.
Luna spends her day doing everything that she has decided makes a good leader: training, attending Paladin meetings, and pouring over books on every battle tactic and historic hero there is. As she's constantly focusing on nothing but becoming an honorable leader, Milithinal often worries about her, and has Luna come talk with her and the other Dragons of the Clan. Seeing how much they care about her well being, Luna has since picked up on talking with her friends of the Clan when night falls, though she still can be found studying throughout the day.
She was one of the first Clan members to greet Ailran. The Tundra, who just moved to the Clan, was very broken-hearted and depressed, and Luna could tell. Despite his act of being very charismatic, playful and carefree, Luna didn't miss the moments that when he thought no one was looking, a painful and hurt air came over him. Not being able to bear it any longer, Luna finally confronted the Tundra one day. At first he refused to speak, but over the course of the next several days he finally told her his unspoken past. After, the two grew incredibly close as Ailran's trust for her grew and she strangely began to notice her longing to be with him. Finally, when she realized her feelings, she was very happy to find that he also felt the same way, and they've been mates since.
Her Familiar Seeker, a Sundial Imposter, was met with hostility from the Clan at first, but they eventually agreed when she explained how she found him. She found him injured and very angry, having been fighting some of the other creatures that lived on the border between the Sunbeam Ruins and the Tangled Wood. Though the Sundial Imposter at first attacked her, when she showed she meant no harm to the injured creature he collapsed, allowing her to temporarily mend his wounds and bring him back to the Clan for further treatment. At first he was wary of the entire Clan, but after meeting the friendly and mellow Dragons and Familiars that roam through the Clan's Lair, he began to mellow down and now sticks by Luna at all times.

Origin

When the very first eggs of Galiwyth and Milithinal were hatched, of the three hatchlings, all of the Dragons of the Clan remarked about Luna being the odd one out, but not in a bad way. While the other two were male, Mars and Neptune, Luna is the only female of the three eggs hatched, and was the one to hatch last. And what made her more of a surprise was her very dark colored scales with her contradictory light color wings, earning her name after a full moon on a late night's sky.
Despite her clearly different position from her best siblings, she's actually very much of a mix between her father and mother personality wise. While she has her father's clear and strong sense of leadership, she also very much possesses a motherly and gentle nature as her mother does, though she tends to show that side of her much less, as she takes things very seriously. (The older members of the Clan tend to joke that it's the influence of spending a lot of time with 'Uncle Krendall', the Snapper).
When her siblings decided to leave the Clan, Luna stayed behind, the young hatchling far too determined to grow up to be like her father. She spent a lot of time with Galiwyth and Milithinal, going out with the Protectors till she became old enough to earn a Protector Status herself. Only a few weeks following her hatching, she surprised all of the Dragons one day by declaring that just like her father, the Clan as a whole is her chosen Charge. Despite the protests of the elder Dragons to wait before deciding something like that so soon, ever since she's taken great care in leading her fellow Clan Members and trying to protect them the best she can. Because of this, the Clan held a meeting and decided that Luna would become the next Leader following Galiwyth's death, and she's taken the honor very seriously, standing by her father's and mother's side since.

Yeah, this girl immediately caught my attention and so she does of other dragons outside of her clan. Such a dark and intimidating presence, it is easy to think that this powerful Guardian is an agent of a clan from the Tangled Wood. In reality, this overzealous leader in training will personally infiltrate the Tangled Wood to determine if even just a rumor about a possible attack on her clan is in the works. I fear that such a plot would be very short lived should she discover any.
