He values trust, loyalty, Respect, and Accountability, he is a friendly face in the sea of judgmental eyes. He is not perfect, though, he has experience and wisdom that he puts to good use while fighting monsters and negotiating diplomatic missions. Ameyla is quite righteous, not with out humor, but her does make balanced decisions that come in handy very often. ╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
Early Years
╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯He was born in the Shifting Expanse seemingly fallen from the sky, echoes of thunder etched into his soul. Though he did not feel right in the land of Storm, and destiny answered his calls. A vibrant green plant was all he needed to recognize what he had to do, make his way to the Viridian Labyrinth and begin his clan under the careful eye of the Gladekeeper. Many traveling dragons stuck with them as they embarked on the journey to the Everbloom Gardens, such as Kinari, Nuage, Scogel and Verde. These few dragons staked their claim in the wild forest, battling hard to live in the vivacious land. Ameyla named his establishment after the place they lived, Clan Verdant. Ameyla lived long and prosperously, his partner Jurny never left his side. Through all the bad times and rough spots, the ones who Ameyla calls friends stick with him in the fray. |

She still is securing her place, but he knows she will get there one day. |

He helps them along and guides them through leading a clan, hoping one day Idavale will not need him in any way. Along with Jurny and Scogel, he battles beasts and trespassers to protect his precious clan.
Since he is no longer in the spot of leader, he has begun to truly enjoy some things he has never enjoyed before. Like naps, for instance, born Lightning dragons struggle to take naps, since they are slightly workaholics, but Ameyla seems to have learned some of the finer things in life that can calm and satisfy one's life.

╰━━━━━━━━━╯Originally, Ameyla and Jurny's son Bartimeus would have been the heir to Ameyla, but late in the game he was eager to take his father's place, believed him a weak and soft leader. Though Ameyla told him every day that his calm demeanor would save lives, no conflict means no violence, no violence reduces loss. Frustrated, Bartimeus tried to prove himself to his father, battling a Fungalhoof Qiriq. Bartimeus died, leaving his parents hurt and reluctant to have more offspring. ╭━━━━━━━━━╮

A Day in The Life
╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯Ameyla is usually the first one up in the morning, like any other lightning dragon, he is a very early riser. Ameyla does the morning patrol usually with Jurny or Flame, sweeping the territory for anything out of the ordinary. If there is any, they deal with it accordingly. returning from the patrol, they meet the clan for other morning duties, more tedious things like lair keeping and tidying up. By lunchtime he and Jurny make their way to the borders, and find any threats in the immediate area. Once they are bored with that, they go farther beyond to the distant enemy beast clan territories. Ameyla and Jurny enjoy fighting anything of good size, and they make the best team. sometimes Scogel goes with them to hone his skills as well. When the sun is falling in the sky, they make their way back to the camp and rest, sometimes Ameyla doesn't go battling, at least three days of the week he helps around the lair, goes on diplomacy missions, and helps Idavale. He likes to tell stories to the hatchlings, and hang out with Jurny. He feels happy where he is, and hopes he can stay this way for a long time. ╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮

Trivia
╰━━━━━━━━━╯Unlike Jurny, Ameyla loves hatchlings and young dragons, he finds them interesting and honestly hilarious. His mate would much rather not have any kids around, but Ameyla coaxes her into it and suddenly there is three copies of them running around the lair like wild animals. If the young are of the mirror breed, they usually run off to join a local pack. If they are Ridgeback, they usually leave as soon as they can, catching their mother's sense of restlessness. Ameyla loves all his kids so much, and wishes the best for them as adults. ╭━━━━━━━━━╮
