B I O G R A P H Y

I'M THE TRASH MAN! I COME OUT, I THROW TRASH, ALL OVER! AND THEN, I START EATING GARBAGE!!

Cancri is a half-blind, clairvoyant Wildclaw from the Plaguelands. He once suffered a vicious attack from the locals, which gave him irreparable damage to his face, arms, and hands.

He moved to the Ashfall Wastes, where he began his career in metalworking. Some passing dragons called it junk, which would make the wildclaw leer and sneer at them.
It's not junk. It's Scrap. Metal.

He established quite a business-- and name-- for himself as 'the junk guy'. His business escalated by extending the range of items he received from dragons looking to dispose of them or wanting a few quick gems. That's when he opened Cancri's Garbage Dump. He welds, solders, and reshapes glass, fixes things, and even restores them.

Of course, not everyone understands this way of life, and through rumor and grapevine, dragons began to joke that he hoards garbage and eats trash. Cancri of course found this hilarious, and adopted the identity and joke for himself, now proudly declaring himself the Trash Man.

He doesn't find their gazes or whispers offensive, because at the end of the day he's the one who gets the last laugh-- and way more money in profits than they think they got.

Eventually, Cancri's lair became refuge to another exile of Plague-- Carcin. The pair behave like brothers, sometimes bickering, other times hooting it up behind customers' backs. The two of them excel at playing off each other, though Cancri often steps in and holds Carcin back when things get heated.

Like stated before, Cancri is a clairvoyant. He is very Skydancerlike in a way, and he can predict the future by means of analyzing the future actions of other dragons telepathically, and even has the ability to dissolve tension and hostility just with a touch.

Despite his trollish nature, Cancri hates hostility, violence, and conflict, and would rather turn a situation funny than let something dissolve into fighting, even at his own expense.

Cancri loves to weld and reshape things, and is often tinkering. He says he adopted this hobby from his adopted father, who lives in Lightning. He also enjoys reading, drawing, and smoking a funny-looking plant that he has imported from Nature. He eats just about anything, and is overall a very laidback and easy-to-get-along-with dragon.

His lair is situated in a dry, sandy desert in a vast, transitional area, where Emberglow Hearth and the Highland Scrub con-verge. This is the ideal location as he loves the desert, requires supplies from Fire, and has a steady stream of customers looking to offload scrap and junk from Lightning.

He operates a seemingly mobile storefront for all of the TACO Guilds events, buying trash. He offers badges for this based on the number of stacks people donate, and meticulously counts out the worth to his customers.
