No refunds. >> I may make any fixes necessary for an adoptable, but once you have it, there will be no refunds. I only do them if i for some reason cannot finish your order or i dont have time.
No apparel or skins. >> I don't always have time to add onto a base, so unless it's glowing claws or a eye color change, i can't do it. As for accents, only things such as a mane color change will be accepted.
Yes, i can do gene changes/scryed images. >> Please make sure you list them clearly in the order form.
I will not remove my signature from the adoptable. No exceptions.
I post all images on dA's stash, but it's safest if you save and upload your adoptables somewhere >>, just incase!
Do not use someone else's adoptables. >> If you didn't buy it, don't use it, simple as that.

SLOTS ARE UNLIMITED! >> I don't technically do 'slots', i just do every order i get. I finish orders in the order i get paid for them. However, the order can be an exception if I'm busy and get payment at different times so I may wait and do batches.

Gifts are okay!• I'm fine with doing adopts you're buying for a friend.
I DO NOT SAVE THE FILE IN LAYERS. >> After an adopt is done, i do not save the file with the layers, i always flatten the image and save it as a .png file. If you want a change done, it may cost you.
I don't have a preference for how you send the payment, however, two-way CRs will be cancelled.
As of 1/29/17, i am adding a price of 10kt or 10g to every order that you ping me on. People aren't reading, unfortunately.
Absolutely NO guilt tripping will be tolerated.
Especially involving skins or apparel.
