_"Green thumb" is generally an understatement when referring to Briar. When sat perfectly still, she could be mistaken for a rosebush, or a sapling, depending on the flora hanging off her on a given day. Though her love for plants and botany is great, she refuses to do manual labor and proclaims that she detests dirt and mud. She is especially prideful of her jewelry and takes great care in making sure it is never scratched or smudged. Leaving the dirty work to Fleur, her cohort and fellow plant enthusiast, Briar spends the majority of her time experimenting with different concoctions and documenting her findings.

_True to her name, Briar's personality is prickling at best. She is brash and impetuous, and on more than one occasion has gotten herself or other clan members into trouble by acting without thinking of others. While she can be offputting, Briar is a brilliant scholar and can recite many facts about plants from memory. Her knowledge of flora in the Sunbeam Ruins is virtually unmatched, and the library's rapidly growing collection of her notes and experiments serves as a testament of her dedication to her craft.
