Quiet, reserved, thoughtful.

Has become close friends, colleagues, and confidantes with Alberich.



Firstborn of his family, he had moved away from home quite young, but even in this frigid new land he had come to love, it was still the forests he was alays drawn to.

His younger brother Ackerlea turned up one day, surprising everyone, Sylvain perhaps most of all. The brash young lad announced himself with confidence as "the more interesting brother" and deftly dodged Sylvain's questions, acting as if he didn't even hear the soft yet serious voice right beside him. Ackerlea did in fact prove to be by far the more outgoing and sophisticated of the two, but he seemed lost when Sylvain brought him to see the woods he himself had come to know better than his own reflection, even though the younger Skydancer had grown up back in the Viridian Labyrinth before leaving for whatever reasons he had. Sylvain made sure to be polite and welcoming, and tried to teach his brother what he could, but the two seemed almost to be from wholly different worlds. He silently vowed to keep an eye on his brother, at least until he knew what he was up to.
