Birth
He and his sister emerged from the last two eggs to ever be laid by their parents. Only a few months before, their older sibling had emerged, alone in a nest to herself. When they hatched, their parents and sibling watched the two expectantly, waiting for them to open their eyes for the first glimpse of the world. Phobos stared up at his family, while Enyo stared at him.

Maturity
Everyone knew that he was his sister's charge. That was obvious to anyone who watched them, and saw how protective she was of him. He had not yet found a charge, or felt the call to leave and find one. Eris had the same problem, but it worried her much more than it worried him.

The Palace
Whoever decided that being the son of the head of a clan made one royalty should have their wings bound and thrown in to the heart of the Scarred Wasteland. At least, that was his opinion on the matter. The Palace of Stars wanted to steal away him and his sisters to join them in their gilded cage, as if they would ever play into their political games. He ignored them, and his father understood. And then, the twins were born. Two skydancers, claimed by his father as his own clutch. But Phobos knew. He knew they were no kin to him.
