To her enemies, she is wrathful, a force to be reckon with and she is no stranger to killing. Many dragons have died at the claws of Tenebrae the Destroyer, however, none have been from Grim Rot, save for one. Despite her crave for battle, she is not without honor.

To her children, and her fellow hordemates, Tenebrae is a caring spirit. She is passionate about the Horde's survival and is willing to do any within the Tenets to ensure it. She is seen as somewhat of a mother figure by her subordinates, and she sees them as her children, children she must guide and protect. As for her own hatchlings, she finds tough love to the best tactic for preparing them for the harsh trials the Scarred Wasteland has to offer.

When her firstborn son and daughter, Phidos and Semea, and few other hordemates were killed in a shaky negotiation with a Serthis Beastclan, she became overwhelmed with grief and fury. So, the vengeful mother gathered her best warriors and they slaughtered their entire village. Protective of her valued, but merciless to those she deems foes. If it was not for the intervention of Malaphar, she would have attacked more Beastclans.

Tenebrae was born under a tyrannical Matriarch's rule and had always resented her for her abuse of power. The way she took advantage of Tenebrae and her other subordinates disgusted her. She spent most her prime pitting herself against the elements and pushing herself past her breaking point. It was only thing that gave her comfort in an environment were she felt like had no control in. She was known for her temper and her nasty taste for vengeance. The only Mirror who kept her from going too far was a soft-spoken dragon named Malaphar who she grew to value and love.

It would not be long until all her training and suffering would be rewarded. Tenebrae was granted her title by the Matriarch after killing the Boneyard Guardian In her rite of passage, which has only been done a handful of times In the Horde's long history. In a twist of irony, she challenged the Matriarch for her position shortly after. The battle between the Mirrors was long and bloody and Tenebrae, while victorious, did not come out unscathed. After a fatal blow to the Matriarch's ribs, she gave the former leader a swift and merciful death by snapping her neck.
