Biography
|
Feanor Head Scout Nest Mate of Muirne Humorous | Quiet Born in the evergreen forests of the Snowsquall Tundra, it's no surprise that scouting called to Feanor's blood later in his life. He grew silent and wild in a rare Coatl clan thriving in the frozen lands. Feanor's childhood was marked only by the crunch of snow, and the off pitch hums of his native language; his clan impressed on him the importance of lying in wait, of not disturbing the unknownness of nature even in the barren of the Southern Icefield, to remain unknown. |
Feanor's journey out from the Southern Icefield was as unassuming as the Coatl himself. It went like this - one day, his clan woke up to find him gone, and a rough drawing of the Tangled Wood traced into the fresh snowfall of the morning. The reasoning behind Feanor's decision to move from his birthplace seems to be a mystery even to himself; his answer a simple shrug and a quiet quip about the migratory nature of Coatls (which, admittedly, is not an uncommon kind of response from the reserved Coatl in any case).
Feanor found Aduantas through sheer, dumb luck. Which is to say, the Coatl seemingly appeared out of the Woods from nowhere, feathers in disarray and tangled with leaves and twigs and the strange purple substance one can find all over the shadow lands. Impressed with his ability to sneak up on the then-only-small clan, Aideanne offered the Coatl a place in her clan as head Scout. Feanor took it, of course, and settled rather quickly into the run of things. ("I do not know what Aideanne expected, to be truthful," he would drawl when prompted about this sort of thing. "Refusing such an offer from a Guardian who had just attempted to cut you down for scaring the scales off her is not something one does and expects to still live after.") Nowadays, Feanor thrives in the metaphorical shadows of Aduantas. He spends his hours scouting out coliseums routes for the warriors, training his apprentice, and managing his flourishing quartet with Aideanne, Muirne, and Pat. He enjoys reading, all things to do with ghost stories, and filling his lair with warm things (Like, really, fully, almost obsessively filling it with warm things. "Coatl habits. Unavoidable really.") |
