CLAN ADUANTAS

'Aduantas' - the feeling of unease or anxiety caused by being somewhere new, or by being surrounded by people you don’t know.

Piled up forest debris block the path ahead, stretching from left to right and curving at the edges, as if it forms a giant circle. There's only one way in you can see; a rudimentary archway with a banged up signpost stuck into the soft earth beside it. Broken branches, dead leaves and the bones of animals long dead seem to be the main construction materials used to build the haphazard entrance.

You approach the arch. Snagged on the jagged edges are pieces of cloth in different colors, each one slashed, and dulled by the wear of time and weather. The ground around you is littered in knickknacks; you can see broken glass, a rusting ruby brooch and - hey! You have that exact same mammertee plush back at your clan! Lanterns full of red Cerdae Sparkle and Glow Mushrooms give the area an eerie quality, sickly red and blue combining to make the light a purple colour you think benefits the region.

A pick up in the wind allows you to hear snatches of conversation from ahead. You take another glance at the crude-looking sign stuck into the ground at an (almost horizontal) angle and step beyond the strange archway.
