Rosekeep was the second Imperial to join Cosmic's lair & her thoughts have never strayed from being who she is now. Although she is quite the cold contrast from Nocturne's warmth and lacks his natural ability to lead, the fact that she has watched him develop the clan into what it is now is not doubted in her own skills.
She doesn't remember her birth-clan; she only knows that her parents were exalted when she was just a hatchling. She knew that she was not born for greatness like she believes her mate was but she is glad Cosmic and Nocturne gave her a chance.

Rosekeep is the one with the iron-fist among the leaders. Though often considered quiet, when she commands it is with absolute firmness and authority.
No matter their birth-alignment, all she asks from every dragon is complete and utter devotion to the almighty Shadowbinder. A dragon may look up to whichever deity they wish to in seclusion and privacy, but under no circumstances must any other deity be mentioned in public presence than those allied under the eyes of the denkeeper: Flamecaller & Lightweaver are those permitted.
The Shadowbinder gave her a chance and a life among her subjects, her ilk, and on her twilight enshrouded land.

Rosekeep sees Abyss' superiority complex not as a weakness, but as a strength. If the other Imperial had never thought she was good at anything or was even special, she would never have made it thus far. She never speaks down upon her clan-mates, unlike her friend, but always has hope that one day they may make it as far as she. Even the runts, the ugly, and the undesired can become great leaders one day if they try and if faith is with them... They have hope.
