‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ Kek sleeps during the day and stays up all night, ensuring that the rest of the clan is safe while they sleep. His dark form dissolves into the night and his large, dark pupils allow him to see well even when the moon is shrouded.
‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ The Guardian has a deformed jaw that prevents him from opening his mouth very far. He can open his jaws just enough to eat small bits of food at a time, but he can barely utter a word and cannot project his voice. This is not of utmost importance, since he is almost never seen in daylight and does not wish to converse with anyone besides his denmate Charusheela. If he senses trouble, however, he will alert the sleeping clan by blowing into his horn, which he keeps by his side at all times.
