Bio notes
- kinda distant but it's not like she tries to be
- small smiles, delicate laughs, she's like a fairy or a ghost or maybe something in between
- she's..not like..always all there. the wind is a part of her and she feels almost incomplete when she's not a part of it too
- simon is there for her when she's sad. he's like an anchor for her when things get rough
- rather emotionally fragile. she can't help it. but she does try to hide it a lot of the time

updates
- she sorely needs more development but here's what I have for time being
- simons possession/incapacitation sent her into a complete panic
- she really displayed why she's a leader there. very clearly hurting, but managed to maintain herself just barely enough and conduct others in her frenzy to save her mate
- also she had to learn and harness some very powerful, very ancient magic to help restore simon. she grew so much from the hardship, despite how awful it was
- she still worries a lot about Simon. from the start of it, where he was...gone, diminished to almost nothing, to the recovery, with random blackouts and moments of apparent relapse, to now - she's been with him through it all and is very afraid for him
- note afraid for him, not afraid of him. she no longer fears the thing that stole him returning.
- from the beginning it was never him that was the danger, it was a stranger in his place. simon was the one who needed rescuing, just like if one of their own clan members had been captured by another clan for example.
- she's worried he'll keep tearing himself apart over it. Simon's always been a protector, and she knows he hated feeling powerless to preserve his clan with the added horror that he was the danger to it. and she wants to help him break the guilt that's consumed him and help him live again - own his past but live in the now

-nim's attached to the lair. almost literally. her life force is tied to the clan - if she lives it lives. she's responsible for its wellbeing - though simon holds some responsibility here too. he's in more of the technical (read:magical) aspects of the clan.
- eg he helps with defense, and would be the one in charge of moving it to another element
- basically simon runs the howl's moving castle aspects
- both progens require the use of some energy at all times to magically maintain the clan and keep it all running good - so if they seem distracted that may be why
- joined together the can almost entirely barricade/shield the clan as a desperate measure or cloak it - but it requires all their focus and leaves them drained
- other members esp the magically gifted can be used to supplement the magical power of nim+simon - usually one of the imps (harper/bahar) or someone like jay will volunteer to be a backup battery for a big remodeling task
- in general progens are naturally heavily linked to their clan of origin, custom most strongly and random second, since the custom and clan were created in tandem.
- their capacity for magical storage and usage is greater too.
- in very rare cases power can be transferred from progen to another dragon by massive magical shakeup. it usually kills or severely weakens the progen(s) and the clan will need time to readjust - and whether the successor will be as powerful as the original is anyone's guess
