Lore
Fen cherished her spot among the Lifebound. She really did. But time alone was always a bit of a rarity. Her nook among the snow-covered birch trees was difficult to spot, especially with coloring such as hers. Dully wondering how she would've fared with brighter coloration, the fae reached for her notebook. Patched several times beyond recognition, the little moleskin journal's pages were dulled to a pale yellow, a few pages tinted with reds and greens from the flowers pressed between them. Time seemed to fly by in the next few hours. The next few pages steadily began to fill with sketches. Nothing fancy. Nothing inked. Just the scratchy forms of several birds, the occasional deer spotted grazing along the hill, and at one point a landscape of the icy valley. She was just about to begin a sketch of an interestingly shaped nearby tree, when the largest snowflake she had seen appeared on the corner of her journal. A quick glance towards the darkening sky confirmed that heading back would be a good idea. With a small laugh, she packed up her journal before gliding back to the Lifebound's recent campsite, where she could already hear the others calling out for her.
