 WINDWAYS METALLURGIST Khonor is as twisty and unpredictable as the fires in her forge. One moment she'll be happy, willing to help with anything, and the next she'll be sulking in the back of her forge, angrily beating metals into shape. Not to say she is an unpleasant dragon to be around; just that she's unpredictable. Yet she is also absurdly talented, and is responsible for many of the Windways clan's everyday essentials. From weapons to cooking pots, as long as she has the available materials, she can make it! Ash always covers her like a second skin, and many of the clan know to avoid her when she's deeply absorbed in her work, lest they get sprayed with molten metal and hot embers. Her claws are permanently scorched black and hardened, and too many times another member of the clan has had to shoo her over to the healers to be treated for the burns and scrapes she never seems to feel. Fire, it seems, is the one thing she has a solid opinion on. |

MINOR BACKSTORY DETAILS - [to be added] PERSONALITY - Generally laid-back and cooperative (except when she's working). - Does have a fierce temper that can flare up in times of stress. - Incredibly focused. - Can be a bit crude and flirty. - Usually pretty blunt and straight-forward, sometimes to the point of insensitivity. - Prone to wild mood swings; usually either manic or heavily subdued. PHYSICAL - Almost always covered in a thin layer of ash. - Multiple burn wounds over her limbs, with a few also across her chest and neck. - Claws permanently black and hardened. - The only part of her that is always clean is the area around her eyes; when she removes her goggles, it resembles someone removing their glasses after forgetting to put on sunscreen. RELATIONS - Ex-lovers with Jayce. While the pair do have children together, they decided very early on that they did not want to be mates. She remains good friends with him, however, and enjoys when he visits her forge and makes her laugh. - Strong friendship with Nivur; likes to chat with them whenever either of them has the time. - Close with her daughter, Ash, as she shares a love for the forge. She is currently teaching them everything she knows. - Doesn't really understand her other two children, Arzos and Azuolas. Nevertheless, she loves them and encourages them to pursue their passions. - Constantly chasing Vromilius out of their forge; mostly to keep the young mirror from hurting themselves, but also because they ask too many questions while she's trying to work. - Ready to throw hands with Scion. OTHER - Possibly suffers from BPD. - Even though she considers herself a creature of fire, she actually quite enjoys swimming. She often bathes by the waterfall to wash off all the grime that builds up on her scales. - She suffers some side effects from constantly working in her forge, including: a constant raspy voice from breathing in smoke; itchy scales; persistent dry-eye; and, of course, dealing with burn wounds daily. - Absolutely loves to party, and can get a little wild if alcohol is brought out. - Incredibly adept in fire magic. |
