Bounty & Treasure Hunter

You Walk Up To This Dragon
As you walk by the library you notice a shiny obsidian-colored Spiral half laying, somewhat defeated-looking, on one of the tables. Another tan Spiral sitting there smiling and comforting her. You walk over and immediately the darker Spiral perks up, eyes sparkly and teeth flashing a toothy grin,

"Oh hi! I'm Cress, nice to meetcha!" She extends a clawed hand out to you, ivory swirls decorating her scales. You shake her, very enthusiastic, hand and ask if something was wrong,

"Oh! No, nothing really just.." She scratches the back of her horned head, looking sheepishly up at you, "I'm a treasure hunter, aaaand let's just say the target got away from me. Again." She rolls her eyes dramatically, "Apparently slight klutziness runs in the family, my brother, Flynn, here is dropping his maps all the time. No wonder I can't read the crumpled ones very well!" She smirks as her and her brother get into a sibling bickering contest, you just chuckle at their remarks and leave them be.

Bio
Never did Cress think she would eventually become a treasure hunter of sorts. From taking her father's place as a guard, an arranged marriage that didn't work out (though worked out best case scenario), to floating around for a while without much purpose, to now - she never saw it coming. But she enjoys every second of her life for the first time and is fulfilled in what she does.

As a bounty and treasure hunter, Cress brings in rare items for the clan to use, sell, or trade by going on expeditions. She has a lot of connections in and out of The Spectrum she uses to help her find artifacts and other items, and everyone she works with loves pitching in to bring those into the clan.

Relationships

FLYNN | Brother

Flynn is one of the closest dragons to Cress, besides their father. As the Cartographer of the clan, he's very helpful with Cress's line of work, and she's so happy to still be able to bug him pretty often even though he works with dusty tomes and maps all day. They bicker and pick on each other but love each other dearly, and are quite the comedy act when they're both on top of their comebacks.

KASHTEN | Boss

Cress knows Kashten as her boss, in simple terms. He has a list of items he needs for the clan, and she does her best to go find them in her treasure hunts. She's grateful that the grumpy Pearlcatcher gave her a position under his wing when she needed a little spice in life again, even though she may show it in a bantering way.

FANTASIA | Bounty Friend

Cress met Fantasia on the Star Station just after her first bounty. They struck up conversation and became quick friends, later finding out that she's from the same clan as Iroh's founding partner of the Bamboo Barter! They had similar jobs in bounty hunting, and would often hang in the Station together before going on their separate assignments. Fantasia's now retired, but the friends still visit from time to time to exchange stories while Cress shops around the Bogsneak's oddity shop!

Iroh and Cress were originally pressured into an arranged marriage of sorts when the clan was still so small. Back then it was all about growing the clan and creating strong bonds. Their fathers had good intentions, they just didn’t see how they would NOT want to do that. And the pair went along with it for a long time. Years. Never having a nest together and just being there for each other, mutually knowing they weren’t comfortable with the romantic relationship, really was the most they could do. They put on appearances, and stayed together until they didn’t really need to. Flynn had his happily ever after and family, and Zuko stopped pushing eventually. So they mutually broke it off, remaining best friends. They never loved each other romantically, but they still care a great deal about each other.
