Kudah

Kudah is a reference to a dear cat i once had who had to be put down on the 21st of january 2016. I am actually extremely allergic to animals with fur... and was very allergic to her. That being said, she lived most of her life outside, where she caught a myriad of animals, including two raccoons. Because i was allergic to her, out of everyone's stuff, she selected mine to sit on.... she would go out of her way.. i swear. And then every time i would tie my shoes she would try to rub against me.. which is bad.. because my allergies only got worse when i got older. Still.. every day after school when i was younger, i would run up the driveway and call her name.. she would come from wherever she had been and follow me up the driveway. And every once in a while i would suit up to pet her. I would slip socks on my arms, and wear a mask and just pet her. She was meant to be a crazy cat lady's cat because she loved people.. but she hated everything else.. she even chased our neighbor's dogs and got sprayed with a power hose. I wont forget the day she came back from fighting what we think was a badger, obviously she won or she wouldn't have come back. Her face was all slashed up... and we took her to the vet to get her fixed up. She healed fine.. except for from then on every time she breathed, her nose whistled. It was actually pretty funny. She was a rather adventurous spirit. There were multiple times she would disappear for weeks on end and then just return as if nothing was wrong.

And then there was one time where she brought me a half dead thing and then expected me to kill it.. as if i was her baby or something. I ended up getting my other cat... (a 23 year old deaf and blind russian blue) to take the thing and put it out of its misery. And there was another time where my sister dropped a cheese puff and my cat ate it. We fed the rest of the cheese puffs in the bag to my cat, giggling like morons. And there was even one time where in the dark, i couldn't see her mostly dark fur and accidently shut her tail in the door.. (i felt soo awful after that, but she forgave me.)

Anyways, Kudah was a big part of my life when i was younger, so i figured i would honor her with this dragon. She was a stinky cat, which was convenient when i blamed some of my farts on her. She had ear mites nearly her whole life, and frequently vomited hairballs on the carpet. Not to mention, she liked to lay on my shoes.. causing me allergic reactions when i would tie my shoes. She was always underfoot when i would try to leave in the morning.. I always called her the stupid/stinky/fat cat.. but you know what, she was my stupid/stinky/fat cat and i will miss her all the same. (she was not actually fat at all, fat just rhymes with cat XD, im pretty sure she wasn't too bright though, what with the chasing our neighborhood dogs.)

I will always remember the day we brought her home, and she was the size of a peanut (because she was the runt of the litter). We put her in our house.. and then.. all of the sudden we thought we heard a motorcycle. We looked outside.. and then realized.. it wasn't a motorcyle.. it was our new kitty. She purred like a motorcycle.
