MakuwaUriya

Name meaning: Makuwa Uriya (真桑 ウリヤ) is a homophone for the Makuwa melon (also known as the Korean melon). "Makuwauri" means "oriental melon" in Japanese.

Uriya came from the Twisting Crescendo of the Windswept Plateau and that storm still rages inside her. Her egg hatched in an adoptive nest, but she has been alone for the majority of her life and it has given her much anxiety over her existence as a result. She does her best to make due with her situation, but she can't help but worry. Other dragons tend to be wary of her because she gets twitchy when her nerves act up and so they keep their distance in case she explodes at them. No one wants to be around to clean up that mess.

The Twisting Crescendo was too much of a chaotic place for Uriya to be, so she eventually left and made her way to the Zephyr Steppes. And here is where she found a new clan and other Nocturnes who understood her, most especially Enkaku.

Uriya has a mischievous streak that doesn't have much of a chance to come out, but she is very fond of riddles and survival games. This has also proven to be quite troublesome to other dragons who get caught up in her fun. She was drawn to these things as games she could play on her own as long as she was the mastermind behind them. If someone were to turn the tables on her, she might not be as welcoming to the idea, but she would play along as far as she could for the sake of completing the task and saving face. The Riddle Master does not surrender to a challenge, self-depreciating as she may be.
