Parfait's skills are constantly in demand. As Square Toe's only expert stonemason, he is not only called upon for repairs, refurbishments, and restorations to the town's ancient stone buildings, but he has a claw in most of the new construction as well. Most recently, he's expanded Wisteria's greenhouse and made many infrastructure improvements in the library.

Despite his delicate colors and pastry-like name, Parfait is not a fussy dragon. He'd rather eat fried crickets and day-old bread than his namesake dessert, and constantly annoys his housemates by tracking in rock dust and desert sand.

Recently, Josie's commissioned him for a series of renovations to make the library more accessible for larger and nonflying dragons.
