Hailing from the far frozen south, Mochi grew tired of seeing nothing but snow and decided it was time to head north. She had heard of a vast, tropical forest overseen by the great Gladekeeper, and elected to make her way there. She eventually came across a very large tree, guarded by a very large guardian. Making friends with the tree's protector, Mochi decided to call it home, eventually joined by a small Fae and her Tundra mate.

Though Nimitti and Umbrose are the matriarch and patriach of the clan, Mochi is their defacto leader, deciding where they hunt, what battles they fight, and when and how much the clan expands. She tends to be a pretty easy-going leader, however, and is much loved by her clan. She has a policy of taking in anyone who seeks asylum, and helping those in need.

Mochi also has a habit of taking in critters as well as dragons. Her three favourites are her Primrose Mith, Velvet, and her two cats, Sophie, a calico, and Tobi, an orange tabby.
