Kejutan

Not all of Delphi's research space is dedicated to creating ever more horrific plagues, and it is in those rare laboratories that Kejutan's word, not Pharma's, is law. This does not mean that what comes out of them is any less terrible in its own ways: Kejutan has little care for means, and little need to justify them. Any variable from the norm will be submitted to study. Any potential idea will be pursued. Logically, the potential benefit from a new discovery, even if only academic, outweighs any cost as a matter of principle. Like many others, they are not without their own modifications: the thick cables of their power pack are not decorative in the least, running into the back of their skull. It seems to provide power to the silver wires and circuitry that can be seen glittering among their glossy scales and laced through minute surgical wounds in their wings, though to what purpose is known only by them. The sound and smell of high voltage are constant heralds of their presence.

Restricted by their own physiology, Kejutan's familiar and golem act as their hands and eyes inside the lab.

Their position of authority over him is absolutely and unconditionally resented by Rhodorian, and they absolutely and unconditionally do not care.
