Loks was received from Fluffycat's clan while they were accompanying him to the Auction House. The nearsighted Wind Dragon sought to find a new clan where he could continue his meditative exercises away from the turmoil of The Windswept Plateau. For Loks, though, this was to prove a more life-changing day than he could have ever imagined. On the way, the Coatl was knocked clean out of the sky by a massive and unbelievably swift blur of navy and banana. His glasses went spinning from his face; however, before he could register their disappearance, a Storm Seeker dived down beside him and awkwardly pushed them on his face. Loks barely managed to avoid hitting the ground. He breathed quickly at first, then slowly, as he regained control of both his altitude and attitude. Off in the distance, a colorful Imperial spun around and flitted over, spewing rapid-fire apologies. As the rest of her clan caught up, Loks found himself having a conversation with the most exuberant, most friendly, and most beautiful banana dragon he'd ever seen. The clan, as it happens, was looking for a Newly Arrived Dragon Ambassador. His Coatl friendliness and his own centered nature (as well as his forceful willingness), gave him the job on the spot. His return trip was spent trying to keep up with his new clanmate Starlight. In fact, his first few weeks in Clan Clutter were spent playing catch up with her theories, ideas, and projects. Eventually, he realized that the only one capable of being Starlight was Starlight, and happily returned to his meditative exercises. However, this separation only brought the two closer together, as Starlight began to appreciate and even adore his calm presence. Currently, Loks divides most of his time between his job as the Newly Arrived Dragon Ambassador and his mate Starlight. Though he took the job on a whim, he came to love welcoming dragons. His tours of the lairs are invaluable to new dragons. Loks spends one day of every week meditating on The Sunbeam Ruin's cliffs, sometimes with clanmate Seras. His other time is spend with Starlight. |
