The Spiral peers through a telescope up to the night sky, twirling the tip of his tail around some orb-shaped glasses with various levels of water in them and only stopping to dip his tail into the water every now and then. Occasionally, he hums a tune based on what notes the glasses make.

He suddenly looks up with a concerned look on his face. "More coffee!" he proclaims. Right when he goes to grab his half-empty (and possibly cold) cup of coffee he notices you've come for a visit.

"Oh! A visitor! Welcome to my little space in this vast lair of ours," he greets with a smile. "I'm not one to talk much compared to most other Spirals, unfortunately. My siblings would probably be better suited for conversations if that's what you're looking for. Just brush up on your hippie lingo if you talk to Janis and prepare for a mid-flight chat if you find Bruce.

As for me? I'm pretty happy stargazing and going for night flights when the weather's good. I use my telescope here and look for random little things like crystal planets and surfing aliens. Speaking of aliens, I wonder if there's love in space? Thoth thinks I'm crazy with my searches, but what does he really know about space? Maybe we should modify our 'intern exalt cannon' to send him straight there!"

With that statement, Thoth peers in the room with a look of utmost annoyance. The two dragons stick their tongues out at each other teasingly before moving on with their business.

"Anyway, back to my work. Sometimes I work on my musical talents with my set of water glasses here. I just have to add a little more water every few days to make up for evaporation. Ooh, that reminds me! I just got a tune in my head just before you came in. If you don't mind, I'd like to work on it a little and write it down somewhere before my brain forgets it. Feel free to stick around and listen to it if you'd like; I enjoy amiable silence."

Satch grabs a pen and paper and moves on with his work, rewetting the tip of his tail and working on a new song.
