A true dragon born of the Wind flight, Adele flies among the turbulent skies like a kite. She is a gatherer, as she doesn't like to fight, and when she's out hunting for meat or insects her mate Drachen is always there watching over her. He protects her from predators, and in return she joins him on nightly flights and gives him the best pick of whatever she manages to catch.

Although she has a violent history, one that involves murdering an entire Clan when she was infected by the Shade, her mate loves her dearly. Adele is fearful that when she fights she'll become infected again and end up murdering her current Clan as well. So she never takes part in fights, and is cautious about letting her anger flare up.

She keeps a scarf Drachen gave her around her neck at all times, even in the heat of summer, and her strange feathery tail helps in navigating the skies.

One day she and Drachen found an abandoned Nocturne hatchling with black scales and orange wings. Along with the hatchling was a Citrine Cave Jewel, and the two adults took the hatchling and the pet back to the Clan. The two raised her as their own, and named her Amber.
