          Vakhtang may be a small-breed dragon, but he has always had a large vision for his clan. Despite his Plague upbringing, he and Allimnore became fast friends at their first meeting. After ranging the Windswept Plateau with her, Azraqo, and a trio of dragons from an older clan she suggested that he lead their small group. He accepted solely based on her confidence in him. When he looks at his now-flourishing clan, he's proud of their early decisions and drive that made the Jasmine Falls clan what it is today.

          Between his varied duties, he enjoys calling upon Birdsong both to reminisce about their early days ranging Wind territory and to hear about his experiments/encounters with Plague diseases and such from their home territory.
