King Haggard is the tragic villain of the story who kept the Red Bull to herd the unicorns into the sea below his craggy castle where he could watch them wash in and out on the tide. You almost have to feel bad for him, but all he wanted was to be happy, and the unicorns made him happy.

He absolutely had to be a Skydancer because of his spindly proportions. Steel primary and White secondary were non-negotiable after scrying so many ideas. To complete his look, I'll eventually be adding Current. Haggard has very pale blue eyes, so I chose an Ice dragon.

His gear was fun to put together because of the challenge of layering everything just right. The crimson cape is a unique challenge because it's a different color on the underside. So far, I haven't found anything perfect, but for now the Dusk Rogue Cape and Crimson Aviator Scarf make a good substitute!
