Blackrose

None can be certain of the path of fate. For none is this truer than Princess Sapphire of the water flights. A princess by birth (direct descendant of the Tidelord), she was known for her cold demeanor, picky tastes and legendary anger. She was also expected to marry of royal blood. Her choices, however, were lackluster at best.

The haughty Light prince cited scrolls of etiquette to her about her every move, while the Nature prince found more intrigue in the royal gardens then with his prospective mate. The Shadow princes pranks were ceaseless, while the Wind prince never even got around to talking to her (far to enveloped in… everything else really).

She instead chose Jimmy the Rustler as her husband, a local robin hood-esque bandit. At first he had infuriated her, but eventually he stole her heart and melted her cold demeanor. Now she couldn’t be without him.

Exiled from the land of waves, she was relieved instead of scared. Born sterile, she never wanted to settle down and always wanting to have traveled more. She could now see the world with the male she loved.

She made a living as a traveling archaeologist and historian (her favorite hobbies). One day she and Jimmy unearthed a strange ruin… and found their destiny inside. Emerging changed, her blue and coral scales had become obsidian and blood. She took a new name: ‘Blackrose’.

Filled with Xals gift and now the keeper of the greatest repository of lost knowledge (locked inside her own body), she listens to the whispers, heals the sick and travels the world trying to understand her new path.

Along with this is a startling development: her new found fertility… The legacy of Xal shall live on.
