Biography
BACKSTORY:
Casper, son of Seti and Sido (it was an accident; don’t ask), was not the first clanborn dragon, but hatched from one of only five clutches (eleven hatchlings total) who remained in Clan Loki. The first was his own, the second he sired himself, the third, fourth and fifth produced his younger sister Ninko and the Wildclaw Frekki, and the Imperial Sola, respectively. Out of respect for Pohatu, Seti left the clutch in Pohatu and Sido’s care, ergo, Casper views Pohatu as his father, even though he’s perfectly aware who his sire is.
PERSONALITY:
There aren’t many moments where Casper is to be found anywhere but in the company of Elsie and his brother Onua. The three are, for all intents and purposes, joined at the hips. Casper is a lot like Seti in that he is not shy of skirmishes and adventure, is possessed of a very straightforward nature and is highly protective of his mate, Elsie. Like both of his parents, he’s a reliable dragon, although he has been known to behave somewhat childishly when he feels there’s more being asked of him than he can give. He can be impulsive at times, rushing into things he often has very little understanding of. Other times, he can be surprisingly cautious and patient; some of his clanmates believe this his mother’s personality bleeding through a little. Almost surprisingly, the thing that most stands out about Casper is his childlike playfulness. Some of the dragons of Clan Loki have marveled at this aspect of Casper’s personality, though Kopaka has pointed out that it must be because he’d been raised mostly under Pohatu’s influence, and not Seti’s.
