Role in the Clan: Inventor

About: Abbi was a nameless dragon that was found by the clan's leaders, Jasper and Maya, alone and lost on her adventure. It was there she was finally awarded a name and a home. She began to feel comfortable, falling into step with the rest of the clan. Once she was comfortable enough, she left to gather herbs in another land. Abbi spent a week in Shadow where she found a Mirror she felt inclined to have a nest with. When her hatchies were born, she took the boys and fled back to where her adopted daughter, Klark, lived. She went back to Nature, forcing two hatchlings of the shadows into life and growth. She became an inventor and tends to lean more towards tinkering in new ways to improve dragon health. Her adopted daughter, Klark, has been raised on healing and became a Herbalist herself. Jackson, her son, also used his skills to helping the injured. Her only failure was Dax, whose life goal seemed to be to end lives.
Quote:
The door opens easily for you. Inside the door you find a simple room, just four walls and a bare floor covered in straw. And a shivering something huddled in one corner. You approach the figure cautiously. It's a dragon. It doesn't seem to be injured or starving but it's eyes (when you finally get them to meet yours) have a disturbingly hollow look to them.

"What's your name, little one?"

The dragon's mouth opens, and then closes again without saying anything.

"You don't have one?" You're only guessing, but the dragon nods at you. It seems embarrassed by this.

"What happened to you?" The dragon turns away without answering, curling up tighter on itself as it does so."

Well, that's decided then. You're not leaving this poor dragon here. It's coming home with you, to your clan. You have plenty of space and more food than you know what to do with anyway. When you tell the dragon this, it looks at you dazedly. Then it's eyes fill up with what you can only describe as hope.

"Home?" the dragon says in a tiny voice.

"Yes," you say. "Home."
