Tau was once part of a aristocratic family in the Lightning domain that ran a very famous technology company, one which Tau was the heir to. However, she had no intention of being a lady and in fact, detested the idea of being forced into a future she didn't choose. So she ran away, and with her technological smarts, her drive and ambition she became one of the best thieves in Sorneith. This earned her the title of "Flash Fire," a title that she holds very proudly indeed. She keeps very few secrets, being rather blunt, but one she does keep with great care is her true name and title.

It was many, many years before Tau met Alexandros. After a particular heist went wrong, she knew she would need to be smuggled out of the Lightning Domain and so got the best in the business to help her do so. They learned from much each other and eventually became morails/kismesi. While Tau taught Alexandros how to speak his mind and be more extroverted, he calmed a little of her ever burning rage and persuaded her to join him as his partner in crime. This led to them finding the Bleurose Clan - and picking their domain as their home base.

It's not as violent as she'd like, but its good enough for her as long as she's with Alexandros.
