Though herself untrained, Brightshine is familiar with the clan's warriors. She brings them dragons, handpicked for qualities only she knows: of every age (though most are young), of all creeds and colors, their backgrounds mixed, many of them strangers to the clan—but Brightshine finds in each and every one a certain spark, a small but brilliant glow that lights in the corners of their eyes.
These dragons rarely meet anyone else in the scattered, elusive Wild Hunt, but Brightshine gives them welcome. She takes them aside, speaks with them; these conversations are brief and private. Often, she will give these dragons the gift of a name—something formal, symbolic, a title that foreshadows their future. Sometimes, they leave her a small gift in return. These she strings onto her necklace; they jangle when she moves.

And then, she introduces these dragons to the clan's warriors; and then, they go to the Lightweaver. You'd have to ask those warriors how they get there. Don't bother asking Brightshine—she will have nothing to say on the matter.
