The Brawler
The Fighter - The Fray Loud and hot tempered, Roche is a force of pure destruction on the battlefield, and lacks in any kind of subtlety in her manner. She came to the clan after hearing about a legend of a dragon. One who was impulsive and rash but strong in leadership among the Plaguelands. He had once ruled over thousands in the army, brought home victories in the name of honor. He was a beast of a dragon that had suddenly gone missing. She had been among the many to notice him missing, and certainly not the first who went searching. What she found though, threw her into shock and almost disgust. The giant gurdian, still rotting with the stench of a proud plague dragon, now lay nestled among a clan, mated to a Fae who perched on his horns. No longer a fierce warrior, and blinded in battle. She was astonished to realize that his main goal in life was to catch up on sleep and to keep the caverns of their home running. At first, she wasn't going to stay. This wasn't the leader she once knew. This wasn't what she was searching for. She wanted someone smart and quick witted and willing to teach her to fight. Someone who could turn her abrasive fighting techniques and transform them into a true weapon. It wasn't until Plaguebringer stopped her that she even considered staying. She knew of Plaguebringer, another great General who had left with honor in search of a mate. She insisted that Roche stay, if only for a little while to train with her. It was an offer that Roche couldn't refuse, so she stayed. Before long, she had nestled in, training in the morning, and helping hunt in the evening. She often left in search for brawling tournements in which she would would most definitely win. It brought home money for the clan, and allowed her to further her dreams. Sometimes you could even find her playing with the hatchlings. |

A letter left from a stranger named Valkyrie
Roche, one of the fighters of the clan, approached me as I prepared to leave once again. According to her, my stance shouted to the world that I had seen my fair share of battles. Her first question was if I had any scars. I must admit, Roche has a bit of an intimidating nature. I am a gentlewoman and I refuse to be intimidated, but she did not make that easy. Roche, if you ever do get a chance to read this, it is my opinion that you should form a better raport with outsiders before asking them to regal you with tales of their most interesting or bloody war stories.

From @Mutt
I am quite fond of your warrior, Roche. Dancing may be Kitten’s element, but this wildclaw is a warrior of the highet caliber. She may be considered abrasive by others’ standards, but I found her straightforward nature refreshing among the politics I often have to deal with in other clans. I never doubted where I stood with her, and while I never had the pleasure of seeing her fight I have no doubt that she is a fearsome foe to those she considers her enemies - which I am certain is all of those whom she does not consider friends.
