Biography

With greater responsibility comes with the need for greater power... and as the Windhover clan has expanded, their resident electrician, Glacier, has decided he needs some help maintaining the clan's power supply. When a hatchling from a visiting Water clan started batting at a cluster of exposed, sparking wires, Glacier took notice, and offered to take him in as an apprentice. His parents happily agreed, and left the young troublemaker under Glacier's care. Glacier named the little fellow Ohm, after a powerful mage from the Second Age.

Ohm proved to be a foolhardy young dragon. His vulnerability to electric shocks is no deterrent to his determination to re-wire the entire lair as he sees fit... much to Glacier's frustration. Glacier recognizes Ohm's work for what it is: ingenious, but sloppily executed. Glacier lived through the explosion that destroyed the Windhover clan's previous work, and knows the value of caution, care, and redundancy. Still, the old Snapper can't deny Ohm's passion for his work, and can only hope that, in time, he'll mature into a dragon who can maintain the clan's systems all on his own.

Since his arrival, Ohm has carried on a playful flirtation with Bluetooth. Ohm's biomechanical implants come courtesy of Bluetooth. It was quite a simple bargain: I experiment on you, she said, and you may be my mate. It's all in good fun, though: Ohm is quite pleased with his augments, and Bluetooth finds him a charming, if infuriatingly clumsy and stubborn, partner.
