a ferocious fighter once upon a time, Lilith is now head of clan health and wellness, caring for the sick and injured with a steady claw. Lilith helped establish the foundations of Aceraceae medical treatment after Aceraceae split off from the Roaan. she built off of her own 'street-wise' experience, as well as Hembe, Nalanch, and Eclypse's teachings of Centaur-based medical treatment. it's no surprise, then, that Aceraceae's healing practices more closely mirror that of Centaurs over any dragon breed or flight.

Lilith is a patient and kind soul, and that's all she's ever been to most clanmates. however, older dragons have seen her other side-- that of a fiercely strong and stubborn fighter, vicious in battle and unmerciful to those who threaten her clan. she's no less of a skilled brawler now, but she's unofficially closed that chapter of her life. though her body still bares evidence of her violent past-- pearly scars mar her hide, with a particularly nasty slash having blinded her right eye.

when Lilith was younger, she felt a sort of superiority complex towards her brother. Rai was always the one to talk them out of sticky situations and scold Lilith for not "looking before you leap", as she literally jumped at anyone's throat for any slight or sign of danger. she constantly felt as if she was being talked down to by Rai, even if he only meant to keep her out of trouble. Lilith was the stronger, more battle-savvy of the two, and fiercely protective of her brother's safety-- yet it seemed like Rai only saw her as a nuisance. only after joining up with the Roaan and being exposed to a safe environment (plus Eclypse's spiritual influence) did she settle down. Lilith eventually came to recognize her misguided frustrations, and focused on bettering herself instead of measuring up against her brother. she soon felt a call to healing, which she's since answered with great enthusiasm. it's certainly not the sort of work her past self would have imagined for the future, yet she fits the role all too well.

Lilith's mostly fluent in Centaur, though some words still trip her up. she knows some Talonok, but not nearly as much as her brother. she's found that Maren comes strangely naturally to her, though she's not sure why. she's also adept at reading Fae body language, considering her two mates are both Fae. she finds it funny that other breeds think Fae are so emotionless, because her two mates in particular wear their hearts on their frills, and she enjoys playfully teasing them to see their reactions. Lilith's also grown accustomed to Eclypse's spiritual communication, though it took her a while to warm up to.

Lilith has quite a knack for identifying helpful healing herbs, spending much of her free time strolling through the land collecting such medicinal plants, often with the company of Eclypse or Felly. this ability likely grew out of necessity, as she and her brother often needed to patch themselves up in their youth.

Lilith has joint problems-- particularly in her hips and hind legs-- so she has trouble moving about sometimes. she wears supportive bandages on her limbs for this reason (which are often stained with blood and plant oils-- evidence of her medical work). good thing her mates are there to give her a good rubdown when needed; while Fae paws are small, they're strong enough to get out those tough knots and aches.

Lilith and Rai's original pearls have long been lost to the tides of time, neglected in favor of survival. since these two weren’t raised on typical Pearlcatcher values concerning pearls, they initially found little reason to start new pearls. once Aceraceae split off from the Roaan– and relations with other dragons increased– visiting Pearlcatchers encouraged the siblings to start new pearls, emphasizing their spiritual significance. while Rai and Lilith weren’t necessarily convinced that the pearls were their “souls”, they eventually gave in to forming new pearls. though it was more for the principle of the act– a sign of a fresh start and their ability to indulge in these simple pleasures as they hadn’t been able to in the past. Lilith formed her new pearl around an acorn gifted by her mates-- a reminder of new beginnings and her growth as a person.
