Biography
Altair
Pandora's Fears Scout
(Scouts out potential targets for the Pandora's Fears) "With a thousand lies And a good disguise Hit ‘em right between the eyes!" -"You're Gonna Go Far, Kid", by The Offspring
Not even being the lowest ranking in his leaders band of pirates could damper Altair; he prided
himself even with his low status that he was even mingled with the group of disguised plunderers in the first place. It was Altair's personality that had fit him into his current position - he was merciful. If push came to shove he could not strike at another dragon to loot their things along the way of their travels; plus even if he did, he would probably stick back to apologize multiple times to the other dragon for his foul behavior. In any other circumstances he would have been booted out from the group for such a soft attitude if it had not been for Corsair seeing a potential usefulness in Altair, and as of such he was deftly kept in.
Altair was sneaky. He could slip in to a heavily defended clan or area with no trouble at all if he
was by himself, and out again before other dragons could even notice that anything of theirs ended up missing in the first place. He greatly prided himself on this and found it, in his eyes, much more a useful place for him to be rather than in the mingle of a raid itself.
Altair after then had a new found admiration and loyalty towards Corsair than he had had in
the beginning; it also awakened an urge to prove just how useful he could be towards the group and their well being in travels by using his cleverness. It was during one night that the group had planned a raid on other dragons that been spotted near the shores of The Sea of a Thousand Currents. To their eyes they looked like harmless merchants and vagabonds and it was the perfect opportunity to scoop up some easily treasure; though upon closer inspection by Altair there were much more dragons, who looked anything but harmless, for their group to handle.
If it hadn't been for his much more keen observation on things while scouting ahead, it was
more than likely that Altair would have watched his comrades rush head long into an unsavory fate in store. While missing up the chance for getting hold of some all too wanted loot, it was none the less a relief to the others that the low ranking Wildclaw had spotted the dangers and had made it back in time from scouting to warn them; as irritating as it was to lose a chance of treasure, it would have even more irritating to have ended up losing a comrade in the scuffle as well.
Altair's scouting abilities has gotten his group out of many tight squeezes, if he has spotted a
tough group of dragons coming their way that would be too much to handle... but he also cannot help but get a feeling of challenge when seeing so, as his loyalty to Corsair makes him feel like his leader and her group of dragons could take on any others that got in their way... while Altair himself gets ready for the next scouting to find his rough and tough group even more riches.
