Over a year after his father left him in a clan yet to grow, Equinox had found his purpose as a dancer and musician, his career of entertainer was well launched and no worries were in his mind.
His former lair had been completely forgotten, although he had been told the story of his father by his older clanmates.

And then, one day he came back. Tired, broken. He had lived so much and yet seen so little. His mate -Equinox's mother- had gotten rid of him, not differently from how Morgana had done so long before. Equinox witnessed helplessly him become the shadow of himself, dragging his increasingly thinner body around the lair. Not fit anymore to be a digger and treasure hunter, exiled from the ranks of the clan, relying only on his son for care and support. The younger Skydancer didn't know his father at all. They didn't share any interests or passions, their conversations were only made of circumstantial words. Empty words.

One day, waking up and getting ready for his morning routine, he found the Peacekeeping Headband his father had always worn and that had been his source of ispiration when he was young and naive. It was on the floor of his den, together with the other items Fall had held those brief weeks the had spent together. But he was gone again.
