Many dragons who are born in the Southern Icefields are like Pluto, somewhat cold and calculated. Logical thinkers, no brash or emotional actions, just calm exteriors and thoughtful words. Pluto is all of those things on the surface, remnants of his home clan that have stayed with him during his lifetime. He decided at a young age that travel would suit him well, and so he set out to see the other flights in their lands (and seas). After a while, it occurred to Pluto that just seeing the sights was not a productive venture, though it was an educational one. So he settled down with a good clan in the Viridian Labyrinth and began to make himself useful.

Being a highly intelligent yet open-minded dragon, it wasn't long before Pluto was made into one of the clan's main advisers. He gives his opinion on subjects ranging from disputes with neighbors over land and resources, to the proper way/time to send exaltings off to the Gladekeeper. Pluto also interviews the newest members to their clan, making sure they will be a good fit. So when an fiery young coatl was brought in named Nebula, everyone suspected that the adviser would turn her away. But there was something about her that prompted Pluto to argue for her to stay, especially if she stayed under his watch. Now the two are often seen together in conversation, Nebula raising her voice while Pluto quietly stands his ground. Quite the odd pair, those two.
