____Slunay was born into a water clan, and then immediately placed in a cardboard box that had "adoption" scratched on the side. Not one water clan member batted an eye in her direction, no matter how good she might have been, or how hard she tried to get attention.

One day she decided to go and explore other territories by herself, a hatchling against the world. Everywhere she was met with judging eyes, others just simply didn't want anything from her. She was wandering the Shadowbinder's lands when a friendly tundra by the name of Vellath noticed the seemingly lost hatchling.

____Vellath took her in and Slunay joined the clan that quickly became her new home. She was among those few who supported the flight change, when the clan leader Vellath brought up the idea of moving. Thus they shifted their allegiance to the Plaguebringer, and the young dragon became fierce and determined, quickly adapting to the harsh conditions.

It was in the wandering contagion where she met her life-long mate Nightshade, who ended up leaving his clan joining the one she was in; just to be with her. Since then they have become the deadly hunting duo that supplies the clan with a primary source of meat and food.
