General
The founder of Clan Cygnus. Some might consider him a lenient ruler. Others, might call him a little negligent, leaving most of the work to others, while he keeps to his studies. It's gotten a little difficult to tell if he really wanted to construct a village at all, or if he was just more interested in having a place closer to the Arcanist, to pursue his studies.

If asked, he won't deny it. Although he only intended to claim a safe space for himself and his partner, he still takes responsibility when the need arises.

Trivia
He takes the Faes' natural flat affect to the next level. As a result, it can sometimes be a little difficult, to discern his intentions. Which is why at first, most who meet him, sometimes get the wrong impression. But given time, and the assistance from Beid as his unofficial interpreter, it's clear that he isn't apathetic.

His room is a mess. Where there aren't scrolls, telescopes, or many otherwise unidentifiable trinkets, there are fragments of rose quartz and Arcanist plushes strewn about everywhere.
