One of the two generals who head the Queensguard, trained soldiers who answer to Soteria alone. Caerwyn leads training for those who are more built for quick strikes rather than full out combat, teaching them to use their usually smaller size to full advantage. While generally stoic and completely focused on the job, he will take dragons aside to check up on their physical and mental wellbeing.

Despite being a little blunt around the edges, Caerwyn cares in his own way, and knows that some of his soldiers need more support than others. He's been labeled a gruff big brother type, and as such is often a target for rambunctious young dragons who are eager to test their 'strength' against a bigger foe. It is fairly common to see him resting after a day's exertion covered in sleepy hatchlings.

It's rumored that Caerwyn wears his helmet almost round the clock to avoid attracting all manner of gazes, having been told he has quite the handsome face, and has no idea how to handle overt flirting.
